Location and project: Construction site Surčin, project National Football Stadium

The stadium, with a capacity of 52,000 spectators, meeting the requirements for hosting national team matches and major international UEFA/FIFA events from the outset. It is located in the municipality of Surcin, 13.5 km from the center of Belgrade and 5.4 km from Nikola Tesla Airport. With 4,500 parking spaces, the project will cover approximately 32 hectares, making it highly significant for the city’s future near the expo that will host Expo 2027.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will collaborate with various departments and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Quantity surveying for all contract works;
• Collecting quantities and Construction Books from subcontractors, especially MEP;
• Prepare monthly Interim Payment Applications and follow up with the Engineer;
• Support on project budgets/cost estimates and cost control;
• Handle variations, site instructions, and related cost assessments;
• Coordinate with other departments/teams on quantity and payment matters;
• Support subcontract administration and documentation;
• Assist in cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and other QS-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Preferred background: Electrical-mechanical engineering;
• Familiar with quantity take-off, BOQ, variations, and valuation procedures;
• Good communication, coordination skills, and proactive attitude;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in construction projects and proficiency in quantity take-off, BOQ, variations, and valuation procedures.
