Responsibilities   

• Lead weekly Move planning - Translate production schedule net requirements into optimized materials move
• Lead daily Move planning supply exceptions and adjustments - Responsible to deliver to PEP factories all materials in his/her scope on time and in full
• Accountable for Move supply issue resolution
• Responsible for Materials Purchase Orders creation
• Accountable for timely factory stock update (Goods Receipts, zero line side stock,…)
• Responsible for Factory stock accuracy in JDA
• Monitor and manage factory materials DOH – Ensure total stock remains all time inside the target tunnel
• Follow the Inventory and Transportation Manager’s replenishment policy recommendations 
• Keep up-to-date Materials data base, Supply Chain Master Data (incl. MRP parameters)
• Organize weekly review with the Production scheduler and  Supply planner to anticipate/monitor long lead time materials supply Move
• Reporting & Control: Follow-up and feedback to Category Materials Manager on Supplier performance - KPIs, SOA
• Maintain close communication with the transport, warehouse, customs partners in organizing the transport to Pepsico location;

Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field of studies
• Previous experience in material planning (2-3 years)
• SAP knowledge are considered and advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good organizational, analytical and reporting skills
