A consulting company working with international IT projects is expanding its team and invites an experienced Middle/Senior level recruiter to join.
We are looking for a specialist who is confident in a dynamic environment, can successfully close both mass and niche positions, and genuinely enjoys their work.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Mass and niche recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management.
- Active candidate sourcing using Boolean search and advanced search operators.
- Using parsing tools to extract contact information (email/phone).
- Working with various ATS/CRM systems and maintaining an accurate recruitment pipeline.
- Preparing reports, maintaining a candidate database, working with Google Sheets.
- Collaborating with the Team Lead and HR BP, participating in process optimization
Requirements
- Experience as a recruiter at least at the Middle level.
- English language proficiency — B2 or higher (working level).
- Confident use of Boolean search and contact parsing tools.
- Experience with various ATS/CRM systems.
- Advanced user of Google Sheets.
- Personal qualities: proactivity, independence, engagement, initiative, responsibility.
Conditions
- Official employment according to Serbian labor law.
- Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 18:00.
- Format: Office, Belgrade (Red Star Stadium area).
