We are a logistics company operating in the U.S. transportation market, and we are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual for the position of Recruiter to join our growing team in Vranje.

Location: Vranje, Serbia (Office-based only; remote work is not an option)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively sourcing and recruiting CDL drivers (OTR)
  • Reviewing and screening candidate applications
  • Conducting phone interviews and pre-screening candidates
  • Guiding candidates through the entire hiring process up to orientation
  • Maintaining candidate database and accurate records
  • Collaborating with the Safety and Dispatch teams

Requirements

  • Any experience working with people, in sales, or in negotiations is considered an advantage
  • Previous recruiting experience is NOT REQUIRED (but considered an advantage)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office)
  • Intermediate level of English (spoken and written) 
  • Spanish language is considered an advantage
  • Results-oriented mindset
