Eqytech operates in Belgrade, as a branch of Green Wave Electronics a leading electronics recycler based in the USA, dedicated to providing sustainable recycling solutions since 2007. Our mission is to promote environmental responsibility through effective recycling practices while serving a diverse range of clients nationwide. 

Green Wave is an industry leader in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) service industry, with locations in the US from coast to coast. We provide our customers with cradle to grave solutions for their IT equipment. 

We are looking for a Recruiter for positions in United States and Serbia, to manage the full life cycle of recruiting. This role reports directly to Human Resources Manager. 

The ideal candidate has a strong, high volume recruiting background, domestically and internationally in various industries: manufacturing, warehouse and transportation, as well as technical roles. 

This is an on-site position that requires strong focus, responsibility, and excellent English communication skills. 

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 12-8pm 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Review and suggest improvements for current recruiting strategies for positions in the United States, such as: Manufacturing, Warehousing and Transportation

·       Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

·       Team up with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position

·       Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

·       Prepare, post and manage job ads to appropriate job boards

·       Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

·       Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications

·       Conduct initial interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates

·       Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

·       Schedule interviews with hiring manager

·       Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

·       Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

·       Min 3 years of work experience as a recruiter

·       Ability to conduct interviews for various positions

·       Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone / virtual meeting interviewing, reference check, etc.)

·       Knowledge of Indeed and WebCorp is a plus

·       Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability.

·       Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.

·       Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

·       High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs
