We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to support our Search & Selection services by identifying, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients.

What will you do:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Develop relationships with candidates and clients to understand needs
• Support business development by providing insights on market and talent trends
• Coordinate the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement
• Collaborate with Business Developers and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in an HR agency or Search & Selection environment
• Completed University Degree
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and client-focused mindset
