Your Main Tasks

As part of our growing HR team, you will drive and shape our talent acquisition efforts by:

• Partnering closely with the HR team and hiring managers to design, refine, and implement modern recruitment strategies
• Attracting top talent using databases, online platforms, social media, and proactive sourcing
• Reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and assessing qualifications in alignment with role requirements
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Leading offer negotiations and ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process
• Staying informed on hiring trends, market movements, and recruitment best practices
• Preparing recruitment materials and posting job ads across relevant channels
• Promoting Hansgrohe as an employer of choice and strengthening our employer brand
• Managing internship programs and supporting early‑talent initiatives
• Monitoring employment legislation and ensuring compliance within recruitment processes
• Preparing and maintaining recruitment analytics and hiring reports

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field
• Proven hands‑on experience as a Recruiter (in‑house or agency)
• Strong capability to conduct various interview formats (structured, competency‑based, behavioral, etc.)
• Practical experience with diverse selection techniques (video and phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management skills
• Solid command of the English language
