Recruiting Manager

We are a growing carrier trucking company looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping us identify and hire the best drivers to join our fleet. The ideal candidate will have experience in the transportation industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with potential candidates. 

Responsibilities: 

-Source and recruit qualified drivers through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals. 
-Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit with our company culture. 
-Review applications to identify potential candidates who meet our company's hiring criteria. 
-Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience. 
-Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system. 

Requirements: 

-Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in the transportation industry. 
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
-Ability to build relationships with candidates  
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
-Shifts from 16.00 to 24.00
