Recruiting Specialist – CDL Drivers

DBH Trucking is growing, and we’re looking for someone who knows the US trucking scene and feels confident talking to CDL drivers every day.

This isn’t a corporate HR role — it’s real recruiting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Talking to CDL Class A drivers every day and presenting offers
• Handling questions, objections, and guiding drivers to sign and start
• Managing your own pipeline and staying on top of follow-ups
• Hitting monthly targets of around 12+ hires

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience recruiting truck drivers for the US market
• Understanding of OTR drivers and what they care about
• Self-driven and able to manage your own work without micromanagement
• Proven track record of recruiting 12–15 drivers per month 

Compensation Options
You get to choose the structure that works best for you:

• Option 1: Flat monthly salary between $2000 and $3000 (depending on experience and performance)
  
• Option 2: Lower fixed base $800–$1000 plus $100–$150 per hired driver once they sign papers and start
  If you like stability, go flat. If you’re confident in your numbers and want higher upside, go base + bonus.

Schedule & Location

• Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM
• Office-based role (no remote option)
  
  We’re not a huge corporate machine — we want someone reliable, sharp, and good at closing.
