Recruitment & HR Generalist

To strengthen our local presence and support our teams in Serbia and Slovakia, we are looking for a proactive Recruitment & HR Generalist based in Serbia.

Key responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and support roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles
• Source, interview, and select candidates
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new hires

Daily HR Operations:

• Handle employee administration and maintain HR records
• Manage leave, absences, contracts, and amendments
• Support and coordinate annual performance reviews

Internal Communication:

• Relay HR communications to local teams
• Promote company culture and employee engagement initiatives

Legal & Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with Serbian labor laws and internal policies
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt HR practices accordingly

International Mobility:

• Provide administrative support for inbound and outbound mobility cases
• Liaise with global HR teams for cross-border coordination

HRIS Management:

• Administer and update HR systems (TS, MySkills, etc.)
• Ensure data accuracy and support reporting needs

Ideal Candidate:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles & recruitment
• Strong knowledge of Serbian labor law
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Fluent in English and Serbian
• Experience with HRIS tools and digital HR processes
