Your Role - End to end process
Client Engagement & Workforce Planning
- Meet clients and understand exact workforce needs (roles, numbers, skills, timelines)
- Translate client needs into clear recruitment plans
- Define sourcing strategy (countries, profiles, timelines)
- Agree commercial terms and conclude contracts
- Plan delivery milestones and replacement strategy
Recruitment & Selection Process
- Organize recruitment activities through recruitment agents and partners
- Participate in candidate selection and final approvals
- Ensure candidates match job, culture, and site reality
- Control documentation readiness before submission
- Confirm that recruitment volumes and timing match project plans
Legal & Compliance Control
- Ensure every worker is recruited and deployed 100% legally
- Coordinate with Risk & Security to prevent illegal migration
- Verify permits, visas, contracts, and registrations before deployment
- Stop or delay deployment if any legal or ethical risk is identified
Onboarding & Deployment
- Coordinate worker arrival, onboarding, and site allocation
- Ensure workers understand contracts, rules, and expectations
- Work with Labour Manager to ensure attendance, discipline, and stability
- Resolve early-stage operational issues quickly to prevent escalation
Workforce Stability & Performance
- Monitor workforce presence, performance, and retention
- React to absences, dissatisfaction, or site issues
- Approve replacements or redeployment when required
- Maintain balance between client expectations and worker wellbeing
Commercial Control & Reporting
- Ensure accurate timesheets and invoicing
- Follow up on collections together with finance
- Monitor profitability, costs, and operational risks
- Report workforce status, risks, and actions taken
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze what works and what fails in recruitment and delivery
- Improve sourcing, onboarding, and retention processes
- Develop recruitment agents and operational teams
- Build scalable systems, not one-time solutions
You Bring
- Strong experience in recruitment, manpower, or workforce operations
- Strong English skills (spoken & written)
- Knowledge of labor and immigration laws
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Driver’s license (B category)
