Regional Brand Manager – Consumer Health (m/f/d)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

//Designs and executes the brand activation for Alpe Adria region in line with the cluster brand and the overall divisional strategy.

//Manages brand P&L to deliver against the financial commitments of the brand (budget) and to detect potential opportunities of improving brand profitability.

//Analyses market environment, consumer profile, competition, and own company capabilities.

//Establishes with support of the media agency the annual brand media strategy in line with the communication objective(s) of the brand and executes it throughout the year within agreed budget.

//Creates and implements effective and efficient communication with the support of creative agencies for the brand.

//Continuously measures brand performance, tracking results of different activities in sell in and sell out to reapply or adjust specific brand related activities.

//Provides monthly and yearly financial forecasts.

//Executes brand innovation strategy by selecting NPD for local rollout, by leading integrated launch preparations with relevant stakeholders and by executing and tracking launches based on predefined activity plans.

You are open to new challenges and have the following qualifications / experience:

//Educated to degree standard: preferably university degree (in Business related qualification).

//Experience: minimum 3 years experience in Marketing in OTC and/or FMCG industry with solid track record of success (including delivery on targets). Digital marketing and international experience, especially in Alpe Adria region, are strong advantages.

//Leadership qualities and skills, strong team player and interpersonal skills.

//Broad understanding of the total business and the ability to work in cross functional environment.

//Analytical skills to monitor and steer the brands.

//Ability to work under pressure, managing complexity and set the right priorities to meet deadlines.

//Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capability to adapt to audience specifics.

//Fluent English.
