For our client, a Serbian-based pharmaceutical company with a focus on licensing and distribution of medicines and medical products, we are looking for motivated candidates to join their team in the position of:

Regulatory Affairs Specialist

(Belgrade)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and interpreting applicable regulatory requirements and legal changes
  • Preparation, submission, and follow-up of regulatory documentation in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Maintaining communication with competent authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure regulatory alignment
  • Development and implementation of regulatory strategies to support business goals across different markets

Requirements:

  • University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Dentistry (Pharmacy preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office package

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Capable of managing complex regulatory processes with a solution-focused mindset
  • Motivated to grow within a dynamic regulatory environment
