We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Carrier Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure successful freight management—all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities:

• Carrier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with carriers to provide reliable and cost-effective transportation solutions.
• Rate Negotiation: Secure competitive rates with carriers to maximize profitability while ensuring high-quality service.
• Sourcing Carriers: Identify, vet, and onboard new carriers to expand our remote carrier network and enhance service capabilities.
• Freight Booking: Coordinate Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight bookings, ensuring efficient use of carrier resources and meeting client needs.
• Freight Tracking:Monitor and oversee shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely deliveries and swiftly addressing any issues.
• Customer Service: Provide top-tier customer service to clients, handling inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
• Market Analysis:Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and carrier performance to drive strategic decision-making and optimize service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in carrier sales, logistics, or a related field, preferably in a remote or virtual work environment.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in freight management software and remote collaboration tools.
