What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing logistics and scheduling of high-end vehicle services
Coordinating with drivers and clients to ensure timely and seamless rides
Responding to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
Troubleshooting operational issues in real time and adapting quickly to changes
Ensuring service quality meets the highest standards

What we're looking for::

Minimum 1+ year of experience in the limousine / luxury transportation industry (experience in other transportation or customer support industries is a plus)
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) — required
Ability to work night and late afternoon shifts (Serbian time), including weekends
Strong communication and organizational skills
Calm under pressure with a strong problem-solving mindset
