We are looking for a Belgrade-based Renewal Account Manager to join our global Renewal Sales team. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about renewal processes within Academia & Government.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
- Proficient level of English language
- 5+ years of relevant working experience with a proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
- Proficient level of Excel

What will you be doing in this role?
- Engage with customers to identify renewal opportunities, address their specific needs, and provide advanced support.
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge to highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers through strategic communication and exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide sales planning and contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies.
- Create, update, and analyze detailed reports on subscription activities, contract status, and renewal performance metrics.
- Continuously enhance knowledge about product offerings and market trends to improve sales effectiveness.
- Drive the achievement of sales and renewal targets.
- Provide regular updates and insights on renewal opportunities and deliver accurate forecasts to leadership.
- Utilize and optimize all sales tools and technologies to enhance sales processes and outcomes.
- Coordinate with account team to give updates on where renewals are at and what help is needed.
About the Team
The team is responsible for account renewal within A&G space in Clarivate.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent contract.
The working hours for this role would be two days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while the remaining three days a week would follow a more flexible schedule, ideally from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
