Renewal Account Specialist (German speaking)

Our client is a global cybersecurity provider and we are looking for a German speaking Renewal Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, your main responsibility will be to drive customer renewals by proactively managing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, mitigating risks, and achieving retention and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer reviews to ensure satisfaction before renewal.
• Identify and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date renewal pipeline.
• Prepare renewal quotes efficiently.
• Provide accurate forecasts.
• Achieve renewal and retention targets.
• Stay informed on company solutions and market positioning.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in renewals or sales with strong knowledge of renewal processes.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and retention targets.
• Skilled in forecasting, MS Office, and SFDC (Clari/Exceed a plus).
• Collaborative, adaptable, and highly organized team player.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
