As a Representative in Sales, you’ll be the connection between Divine Group (the company you will be representing in your homeland) and our clients. You’ll connect with local businesses who are struggling to find staff and you will establish a collaboration by understanding their hiring needs. Eventually, you will bring to our clients recruitment solutions that bring real value. 

We provide paid training to ensure we pass on all our knowledge onto you and will have your support team by your side at all times, every step of the way. 

Your Role

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote recruitment services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and business partners
• Understand client hiring needs and present suitable recruitment solutions
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations (phone, email, in-person)
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
• Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Collaborate with recruitment and admin teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments

The Qualities We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in recruitment, or B2B services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in English and Serbian

• Fixed monthly salary above the average (because you are, too!) starting from 950 Euros net and is negotiable based on your experience
