The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Serbia is seeking a qualified employee of Serbian nationality, for the position of Residence Staff (Cleaning Lady of the Residence).

Candidates interested in this position should collect documents mentioned below and apply until April 15th, 6pm in Serbian time.  

1. Position & Job description

Position : Residence Staff of Serbian nationality

* Assistance in the field of cultural and public diplomacy events & Embassy regular work

* Duties: Cleaning Lady of the residence of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea

     (hereinafter referred to as the “Residence“)

     A. The Employee shall be responsible for cleaning the Residence.  

     B. The Employee shall be responsible for washing dishes and laundering.

     C. The Employee shall answers telephone calls, receive visitors and introduce guests to the Residence as the situation

          may require.  

     D. The Employee shall perform other duties as directed by the members of the employer.

     E. The Employee shall discharge his or her duties faithfully to the best of his or her knowledge and ability and shall

         not commit any act which is contrary to the interest of the Republic of Korea.  

     F. The Employee shall not disclose any information which he or she acquired during his or her term of employment.

2. Qualification Required & Experience

* Candidate must hold Serbian nationality, as well as be well-conducted, ready to deal with general administrative

     affairs in a good manner  

* Candidate is expected to:  

      A. Have a communicative fluency in English  

      B. Have expertise in related fields in the line of Embassy’s work  

3. Working conditions

* Contract : One-year fixed term(with the possibility of extension), including a 3-month probation period

    The contract is initially for one year(fixed-term), with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract based on

    performance and attendance evaluations.  

* Salary : To be determined after the interview (Maximum 1,200 USD gross per month)  

   Annual bonus is given in the amount of one month's salary (13th salary)  

* Candidate will be registered for social security and public medical insurance

4. Documents required

* CV and Cover Letter (in English): No fixed format. Please include detailed descriptions if you have experience in event

      organization or hospitality.

* Certificates: Copies of working experience certificates and relevant licenses (if any).

* Recommendation Letters: Optional.  

Note: All documents should be scanned and sent via email. Original documents will only be required for candidates invited to the interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

5. Procedure

* 1st Round: Document Screening (Successful candidates will be notified in April).

* 2nd Round: Interview.

Note: Documents will not be returned. If submitted information is found to be false or insufficient, the employment offer may be revoked.
