Responsible of Survey Engineer

SINOHYDRO CORPORATION LIMITED OGRANAK BEOGRAD is publishing a job announcement for position of a Responsible of Survey Engineer.

Project: Vetrozelena 300MW Wind Farm Project

Work place: Pančevo

Responsibilities:

• Prepare setting-out data based on the main design/project documentation.
• Perform setting-out and marking of points required for construction works.
• Prepare geodetic network survey reports (elaborates).
• Prepare deformation monitoring reports (elaborates) and support monitoring activities (osculation).
• Calculate quantities of executed works during the construction process.
• Prepare as-built drawings and documentation of completed structures.
• Prepare geodetic reports for supervision/inspection purposes and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain business correspondence and coordinate with all project participants (contractor, supervision, designers, etc.).
• Engaged in the technical management of civil construction (professional area – survey engineering), including but not limited to the following:
• Preparing, reviewing and signing technical documents, such as design documents (reviewing), method statements, construction logs, etc.
• Progress, quality control management;
• Organization and completion of the daily construction management, inspection and acceptance works;

Job requirements: 

• Experience working on large infrastructure projects, with knowledge of works across all construction phases.
• Proficiency in working with geodetic instruments: total stations, GPS/GNSS devices, and levels.
• Experience in working on survey engineering.
• Experience in civil construction and technical management.
• Familiar with European standards and Serbian standards of civil.
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Serbian.
• Proficient in reading civil drawings, skilled at office software, and able to operate AutoCAD drawing software.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in civil from an accredited university or college.
• Civil engineering license (No. 471 (GeI 08-01.1), issued by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers) with extensive experience and with references for survey engineering.
• Work experience on wind farm projects is desirable.
• Valid driving license.
