Retail Broker

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively research the market and identify retail spaces (shopping centers, retail parks, high street) that meet client needs.
• Advise retail brands and tenants on expansion strategies and location selection.
• Present retail spaces to potential tenants, including organizing and leading property tours.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and retail brands.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and market overviews tailored to retail clients.
• Monitor retail market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and regularly update the database of clients, brands, and available retail spaces.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree.
• Candidates with experience in sales, real estate brokerage, or client-facing roles are preferred.
• Real estate brokerage license is considered an advantage but is not required.
• Strong communication and sales skills, with a client-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently, well-organized, and proactive.
• Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market is considered a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Driving license – category B (preferred).
