Retail Product Manager

City: Belgrade 

Role Summary:

This role is responsible for leading the development and optimization of retail products, ensuring they deliver strong business value and seamless user experience. It focuses on aligning product initiatives with company strategy while bridging retail and digital channels through an omnichannel approach. The position works cross-functionally with multiple teams and external partners to drive innovation, system efficiency and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Lead the planning, development and optimization of all retail-related products (betting terminals, cashier systems, software tools and loyalty integrations).
  • Roadmap Management: Define and maintain the roadmap for the retail vertical in alignment with company strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial, Retail Operations, Legal & Compliance, UX and development teams.
  • Hardware & Software Integration: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement and maintain systems.
  • Omnichannel Development: Play a key role in connecting retail and digital experiences (user accounts, loyalty synchronization, cross-channel functionalities).
  • Market Monitoring: Track innovations in the retail betting space and benchmark against competitors in the market.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all functionalities comply with local laws and operational standards.
  • Support & Escalations: Provide second-line support for retail operations and ensure efficient incident resolution.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Act as a key link between Product & Technology and Retail Operations and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment of product initiatives with business goals and market needs.
  • Innovation & Efficiency: Drive innovation, improve system efficiency and contribute to the development of an omnichannel strategy connecting retail and digital channels.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in retail, gambling, or hardware–software integration environments.
  • Understanding of retail betting operations, including betting shops, terminals and POS systems.
  • Proven experience in roadmap management, team coordination and collaboration with external partners.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel approaches and customer journey mapping.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working in agile environments and with backlog management tools such as Jira.
  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of local languages is considered an advantage.
