We are hiring - Returns Administrator (Early Career)

Responsibilities:  

  • Responding and actioning email enquiries from retailers, distributors, logistics team and service providers
  • Validating Return requests for retailers as well as approving/rejecting Exchange Authority references daily
  • Clearing of aged B-Stock whilst controlling reports to prevent stock aging
  • Using internal CRM and SAP systems, to process credits, sales as well as update reports and product information.
  • Requesting new Hisense Returns Portal logins for retailers and maintaining the database
  • Provide additional Return support to SBU
  • Processing retailer complaints, enquiries, and other supporting tasks from any written contact method as required
  • Preparing documentation and actioning various processes as required to progress collection, credit claims and sales
  • Booking and chasing collections as well as complaints and other relevant enquiries 

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate
  • Admin experience is a plus
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • SAP or similar ERP experience a plus
  • Fluent in English
