Job title: Revenue Assurance Analyst (18 month FTC)
Office location: Serbia with Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
About the role and the Team:
The Revenue Assurance Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the company's revenue streams by ensuring accurate billing, preventing revenue leakage, and supporting strategic decision-making through data analysis. Success in this role means delivering reliable insights, maintaining robust process controls, and collaborating effectively with technical and operational teams to optimize revenue assurance practices.
What will you be doing?
- Analyze billing and revenue reports to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate process controls to ensure compliance and accuracy across billing systems
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in revenue streams, applying documented corrective actions
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Collaborate with operations, IT, and finance teams to implement revenue assurance initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue performance monitoring
- Support audits by preparing documentation and addressing open items promptly
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or any related field
- Previous experience in revenue assurance, billing analysis, or financial operations - DESIRABLE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools, Tableau knowledge is Desirable)
- Knowledge of telecom billing systems and processes - DESIRABLE
