We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Assurance & Internal Control Specialist responsible for monitoring company revenues, ensuring financial accuracy, and strengthening internal control mechanisms across operational and financial systems. The role focuses on identifying revenue leakage, and implementing controls that protect the financial integrity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze end-to-end revenue across company systems (e.g., billing platforms, CRM systems, financial and operational databases).
  • Identify and investigate potential revenue leakage and billing discrepancies.
  • Perform reconciliations between operational data, billing systems, and financial reports to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
  • Develop and implement automated controls where possible and monitoring mechanisms to detect anomalies in revenue flows.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of revenue discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments (IT, Finance, Operations, and Billing).
  • Review and assess existing internal controls and operational procedures related to revenue generation, cost management, and billing processes.
  • Design and implement new internal control mechanisms to strengthen financial transparency and reduce operational risks.
  • Document processes, financial risks, and key control points across operational workflows.
  • Ensure internal controls and procedures align with recognized frameworks such as COSO, SOX, and internal audit standards.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics (Faculty of Economics or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting, financial control, auditing, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of local accounting and tax regulations, as well as IAS and IFRS standards.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with financial data, reports, and cross-department processes.
  • Experience with financial analysis, reconciliation, and internal control frameworks is considered an advantage
