 Gi Group HR Solutions on behalf of our client, Nomad Foods, a leading frozen foods company, is looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the position as: Reward Manager.

The Reward Manager role is to ensure flawless execution of the annual cycle of Reward activities to ensure that Nomad Foods colleagues in the Adriatics region are rewarded fairly and in line with market practice; . This role is also responsible for managing the process of harmonization of pay and benefits to Nomad Foods standards.

The Reward Manager is accountable for processes and work across both compensation and benefits including:

  • Ownership of job evaluations and internal/ external benchmarking for all roles in the region;
  • Developing and sharing insights from outputs;
  • Ownership of Annual and Mid-Year Salary Review process for the region in partnership with the Group Reward Manager;
  • Ensuring I&D mindset, behavior and practice in all Reward activities;
  • Coaching, developing and growing a community of Reward expertise (mainly in HRBPs and Managers) to build best practices in the cluster; 
  • Harmonization of Work Levels, Salary Ranges, benefits, and variable pay in line with Nomad group standards;
  • Ownership of market salary survey processes for the cluster;
  • Participating in Reward and other Company projects;
  • Providing data modeling and analysis to CPO, Cluster HR Manager and HR teams

Requirements:

  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent;
  • 5 years’ Reward Experience, particularly variable pay (short and long-term incentives) and job evaluation and benchmarking;
  • Experience of Success Factors Compensation Module;   
  • Experience of Global Mobility Topics;
  • Experience in FMCG;
  • Experience of Mercer job evaluation processes;
  • Understanding of international tax issues;
  • Excel and data analysis skills.
