Rewards Specialist

City: Belgrade

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rewards Specialist to join our HR team and support the continuous development of our compensation and benefits framework. This role plays an important part in strengthening our Total Rewards approach, with a strong emphasis on budgeting, analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and implementation of the Total Rewards strategy.
• Contribute to HR budgeting activities, including planning and cost monitoring.
• Track expenses, prepare reports, and conduct gap analyses.
• Perform structured analysis of compensation and benefits and recommend improvements.
• Support the design and enhancement of monthly and annual bonus schemes.
• Assist in defining and developing KPIs.
• Coordinate the annual salary review process.
• Take part in salary and benefits benchmarking and market research initiatives.

Requirements:

• University degree (Bachelor’s minimum).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a related HR analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and adaptability.
