Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluation and recording of customer returns in SAP
- Complaint management
- Assignment of RMA numbers
- Support with inventory counts
- Handling of customer inquiries
- Processing of warranty/guarantee cases with external service providers (service centres)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2–3 years of experience in this field of expertise
- The candidate should speak German at a good B2 level at minimum, ideally C1
- SAP knowledge is not mandatory but would be an advantage
