How you create impact

The ONE Customs Entry Road Support Team ensures accurate and compliant customs declarations for import, export, and transit operations, while providing operational support related to origin documentation, invoicing, and key account activities. Working across Luxembourg, Cebu, and Serbia, the team ensures service continuity through cross location backup, supports harmonized customs processes, and collaborates closely through internal systems to deliver reliable service. The role includes work on Sundays during certain periods, as well as work on Luxembourg public holidays.

English proficiency
High school diploma or higher education
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of customs legislation and regulatory requirements would be considered as a plus
