Your Day at Hansgrohe:

A typical day includes checking robot cells, adjusting and optimizing FANUC robot programs and troubleshooting issues that arise in production. You collaborate closely with production and engineering teams, run functional tests, document all changes, and provide basic training to operators when needed.

Your Main Tasks: 

• Programming and customisation of grinding and polishing robots, robots in casting cells in industrial plants
• Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions and continuous optimisation of robot processes
• Collaboration with development teams and other departments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Documentation of programming and process customisations
• Development and implementation of tests to check the functionality of the robots
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Training of employees in the use of the robots
• Close cooperation with production, production planning (OpEx) and process optimisation

What you bring:

• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics or comparable qualification
• Experience in programming industrial robots, ideally FANUC
• Working understanding of robotic systems and principles of automation
• Familiarity with FANUC’s Roboguide software is an advantage
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
