Key Responsibilities

Log Audits (AKA “Detective Work”)

• Review driver hours for accuracy and completeness.
• Compare electronic logs to GPS data, BOLs, fuel receipts, inspection reports, and any other breadcrumbs drivers leave behind.

Driver Support (You = Their Safety Superhero)

• Answer driver questions about Hours of Service (HOS).
• Coach drivers on staying compliant — kindly, but firmly.

Permit Management (The Keeper of the Golden Permits)

• Issue and manage state permits like a pro.

Accident Response (Your Time to Shine)

• Pick up accident-related calls and guide drivers step-by-step.
• Gather and document incident details.
• Retrieve video footage (CSI: Trucking, basically).
• Locate DOT-certified clinics and arrange post-accident testing.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and anyone else who shows up at the scene.

Qualifications & Skills

Language:

• English, spoken and written, like a boss.

Work Ethic & Personality:

• Cool under pressure.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Follows instructions precisely and delivers accurate work (perfectionists welcome).

Experience:

• Transportation safety or DOT compliance experience is a plus — but not required.
• Training will be provided in Lithuania for at least one month. (Yes, Lithuania. Bring snacks.)

Availability

You’ll need to be flexible and willing to work one weekend day. After training, your schedule will be one of these:

Option 1:
Tue–Fri: 7 AM – 4 PM CT
Sat: 6 AM – 2 PM CT (or 4 AM – 12 PM CT if you’re an early bird)

Option 2:
Mon–Thu: 7 AM – 4 PM CT
Sun: 4 AM – 12 PM CT (or 6 AM – 12 PM CT)

During training (Mon–Fri), you’ll work 7 AM – 4 PM CT. Once we’re confident you can make decisions solo, you’ll move to the regular schedule.
