Safety/Claims Officer (USA Field / Trucking Industry)

Your responsibilities:

• Investigate cargo loss, damage claims, and accident reports
• Coordinate with drivers, insurance adjusters, customers and internal departments
• Document and maintain accurate claim files and reports
• Ensure timely filing and resolution of claims in compliance with federal regulations
• Monitor trends to identify risk and help develop preventive measures
• Assist in subrogation efforts and settlements

Your qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in claims management
• Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations and insurance policies
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Analytical skills and accuracy in working with documents
• Organization, responsibility, and the ability to handle challenging situations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
