Safety Coordinator - US Trucking

We’re looking for someone who can take control of safety and claims without needing constant direction. If you know the trucking world, understand compliance, and can handle claims from start to finish, this role gives you the space to own it.

This is a hands-on, office-based position where your decisions directly impact drivers, operations, and the company.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Keeping the company aligned with FMCSA, DOT, and HOS regulations
• Staying on top of inspections, violations, and CSA scores
• Managing driver qualification files and keeping them audit-ready
• Handling accidents, incidents, and damage reports
• Taking claims from first report all the way to resolution
• Working with drivers, insurance adjusters, and brokers
• Reviewing insurance coverage and keeping everything up to date
• Noticing trends and helping prevent repeat issues
