What you´ll do

  • Occupational Health and Safety Advisor in full compliance with Serbian OHS legislation and internal standards
  • Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of the Risk Assessment Act and all legally required OHS documentation
  • Monitor workplace conditions, conduct inspections, and enforce preventive and corrective safety measures
  • Lead incident and accident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and follow-up actions
  • Maintain all legally required OHS records and prepare reports for authorities and internal use
  • Deliver OHS training and provide expert guidance to employees and management
  • Oversee high-risk work procedures, including Safe Work permits
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures across all operations
  • Support fire safety and emergency preparedness activities
  • Ensure compliance with ATEX regulations and hazardous area safety requirement

What makes you a good fit

  • High education in safety or technical engineering (chemical engineering/technology, mechanical engineering, occupational safety);
  • Preferred previous work experience in the same or similar jobs;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of State and Local regulations;
  • Occupational Health & Safety Certification defined by the Law;
  • Fire Safety Certification defined by the Law;
  • Preferably passed the professional exam for the coordinator in the execution phase;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office);
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Teamwork ability, flexibility and proactiveness;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Persistence, perseverance, independence in work and a desire to work in a multinational team.
