Position: Safety Officer

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitoring safety footage and identifying driving violations by carriers
• Managing and updating the HUT (Highway Use Tax) vehicle list
• Communicating with company clients (carriers) and providing customer support
• Entering, updating, and monitoring DOT inspection records
• Maintaining records of equipment (cameras, ELD devices, PrePass) and related documentation
• Monitoring and updating MVR, PSP, and driver applications, along with supporting documentation
• Collecting, updating, and verifying insurance policies; coordinating with insurance companies and agents
• Managing vehicle registration documentation, annual renewals, and license plate records
• Preparing IFTA reports and HUT filings and submitting them to the relevant authorities
• Monitoring and managing active claims in coordination with insurance providers
