Find Staff is hiring on behalf of our client, Innovative Transportation.
Innovative Transportation is a Black Car / Motorcoach Service that provides exceptional service to a variety of clients from sports teams and church groups to high level VIP’s.

We’re looking for a Safety Team Member with strong customer service skills and real-world log/safety review experience. You’ll be the front line for ensuring the company is protected from risks caused by our drivers. Reviewing, correcting, and coaching drivers
that break company policy or DOT regulations. We are looking for someone to keep us safe, legal, and running smooth.

About the Drivers You’ll Support

• Our drivers are highly trained professionals expected to maintain the highest level of
• customer service; this should reflect on camera as safe driving and customer service,
• as well as clean, violation free, log records.

• This is a driver-facing, detail-heavy role with real responsibility.

You’ll:

• Be the main line of defense between drivers and DOT violations. You’ll review driver
• logs for inaccurate entries, missing or false data, and assign all unassigned driving time
• to the appropriate drivers. You will be in contact with the drivers to facilitate the
• necessary changes and coordinate any counseling. In addition to driver logs you’ll also
• be responsible for reviewing all incidents captured by the dash cameras. This is a
• critical role in protecting both the company/public safety as well as saving the company
• from costly fines/ out of service violations and poor audit scores.

Who You Are

• You’ve probably worked in log review, compliance, dispatch, or customer support.
• You’re the kind of person who:
• Knows how to talk to drivers and managers
• Has a strong grasp of DOT compliance—or is eager to learn fast and own it
• Is systematic in their daily workflow and doesn’t mind repetitiveness
• Knows how to manage paperwork, deadlines, and real-world operations
• Clearly and purposefully communicates issues and needed corrections.
• Is fluent in English and ready to work U.S. business hours (9am–5pm MST)

• Pay: 850 USD net
