An international real estate company from Israel, led by a group of respected partners, with development plans in Serbia and the wider region, is seeking motivated professionals ready to take responsibility and grow within an international environment.

SALES ADVISOR
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Daily participation in the sales and presentation process of real estate products for new and ongoing projects (apartments, parking spaces, commercial units, etc.)
- Coordination and execution of daily sales administration (contracts, invoices, protocols, documentation)
- Daily communication with buyers, brokers, suppliers, lawyers, and partners
- Achieving sales targets, supporting negotiations, and maintaining the customer database
- Collaboration closely with the other team members to increase efficiency and results
- Providing administrative and logistical support to other departments (finance, technical, leasing, general management)
- Performing other related tasks as assigned

We are looking for:
- Motivated, reliable, and well-organized person
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Previous working experience can be an advantage but not mandatory (1 year or more in the field of real estate sales, brokerage, projects presentations…)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proactive and dynamic attitude with respect for company structure and procedures
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Working proficiency in English
