Your tasks with us:

• B2B outbound cold calling: You will arrange appointments for our customers' field sales staff,
   thereby laying the foundation for successful business deals.
• Documentation: You will accurately record conversation content and results in the CRM system and initiate the next steps.
• You will only make calls to business customers: No calls to private individuals – our focus is on professional B2B telemarketing.

What you should bring with you:

• Experience in a call center – ideally with B2B projects. However, career changers and career starters are also welcome!
• Excellent German language skills at native speaker level are a must.
• Computer literate: You are proficient in MS Office and are comfortable using digital tools.
• Communicative and persistent: you impress with your confident manner on the phone and your determination.
