Sales Agent - German/French Speaking

Are you fluent in German or French, speak English, and have call center experience?

Responsibilities:

• Providing expert advice and support to qualified private and institutional investors;
• Offering investment opportunities;
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services;
• Quick and professional resolution of customer inquiries by phone, e-mail and chat;
• Documenting all interactions with customers in the company's system;
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team goals;
• Continuous improvement of knowledge about the company's products, services and processes.

• You are fluent in German/French and English (optional and desirable) - written and spoken;
• You have previous work experience in a call center;
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and talent for sales;
