Key responsibilities:

• Provide management reports and financial analysis, using primarily Excel, HFM, Salesforce CRM
• Lead orders/sales forecast process including market segment and regional reporting
• Prepare quarterly Sales Incentive information and coordinate with global accounting teams to maintain budgets
• Build and maintain forecast by department. Partner with various department managers to create and maintain their monthly department expense forecasts and annual budgets
• Assist FP&A team with numerous month-end reporting activities including data collection, report development, and analysis amongst other ad hoc activities
• Serve as liaison to department managers, assisting them with finance related issues as needed
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and project work assigned by the VP of Finance & VP Sales

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Very good in in English
• 3+ years of related accounting and finance experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Salesforce CRM
• Superior organizational skills and attention to details
• Confident and self-motivated with a flexible approach to work
