On behalf of our client, Haier Commercial Refrigeration, a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, distribution, and servicing of commercial refrigeration systems, we are looking for a motivated candidate who will successfully meet the requirements of the position: Sales and Service Technical Support.

Job description

Monitor daily service activities and prepare service sales offers based on field reports from technicians or investor requests
Enter and maintain all relevant sales opportunities in the company’s CRM and ERP systems, ensuring regular updates and reporting
Track execution and prepare invoicing layouts in a timely manner; generate KPI reports
Provide technical support and serve as a backup to the Service Dispatcher
Procurement of materials, service tools, EHS equipment; communicate with both local and international suppliers
Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels in service vehicles. Coordinate with the warehouse and ensure accurate ERP system updates
Organize and oversee domestic and international transport
Follow up on claims and initiate claim requests for projects and services via the WeWITS platform
Technical support for Solutions department during preparation projects for execution, work in AutoCAD and other specialized company tools
Provide administrative support and perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Preferably at least 3 years of experience in similar roles (Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain). Candidates with experience in the HVAC&R sector will be considered an advantage
Minimum education level: high school diploma, preferably in a technical field
Good spoken and written English (intermediate level or higher)
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with SAP and AutoCAD is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Communicative team player with a proactive mindset and fast learner
