If so, we invite you to join us as a Sales Controller, located in Belgrade, where you will play a key role in supporting our international business performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities for both Legal Entity and Management views, including accruals, uploads, sales bonuses and related period-end adjustments.
• Lead the Sales Forecast (FC) and Budget (BUD) processes across all dimensions, ensuring detailed planning on cost center, account, and entity levels in alignment with local and group targets.
• Support the Mid-Term Planning process, aligning financial targets with long-term strategic objectives.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and performance analyses for local management and headquarters, including ad hoc and central reporting (Legal and Management views, Cluster and Budget Review meetings).
• Drive business planning and project controlling, supporting strategic initiatives and investment evaluations.
• Contribute to audits, ICS processes, and impairment tests to ensure full compliance with group standards.
• Define and implement KPIs to monitor and improve the entity’s performance.
• Oversee cost control, identifying and executing cost optimization measures and corrective actions.

• University degree ideally focused on Controlling, Finance, or equivalent qualifications.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in sales or commercial environment within an international organization.
• Excellent user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is mandatory
• Self-driven, resilient, and assertive personality with strong team spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Structured, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and precise way of working.
• Fluent in English; additional European language skills (e.g., Spanish) would be considered as an advantage.
