The Opportunity

We are now recruiting for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join the team to support the Serbian region.

  • Undertaking sales administration, dealing with various dealers and distributors and Sales processing activities – including, but not limited to – processing orders online, by telephone and emails, correct pricing, applying the correct discounts and any special terms
  • Other duties include general sales customer data administration
  • Working through sales order related complaints
  • Liaising with Analyst/Warehouse for stock planning 
  • Any other ad-hoc related duties

Person Specification:

  • Previous industry experience and working knowledge of the two-way radio communications desirable (will consider     applicants from all industries)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written skills
  • English language is a must verbal and written. 
  • Working under limited supervision, conflicting priorities and high volume processing
  • Good working experience with Microsoft Office applications – e.g. Word, Excel
  • Familiarity with a CRM system, ideally Sage
