Fill the calendars of the company teams with qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Outreach & Meeting Scheduling
- Conduct a high volume of daily outreach (calls as primary channel, supported by email and LinkedIn)
- Contact leads provided by the internal team
- Identify and reach the right decision-makers within target companies
- Navigate organizations and find ways to connect with relevant stakeholders
- Generate interest and successfully schedule meetings for the senior sales team
Lead Handling & Execution
- Work on pre-qualified leads provided by internal analysts
- Quickly identify decision-makers and appropriate entry points
- Take full ownership of outreach execution and follow-ups
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with all assigned leads
Communication & First Impression
- Represent the company in a professional and engaging way
- Clearly communicate value in short initial conversations
- Build a quick rapport and maintain a confident tone
- Handle rejection positively and persistently follow up
CRM & Performance Tracking
- Track all outreach activities and results in CRM
- Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and meetings scheduled
- Monitor personal performance vs. targets (calls, meetings, conversion rates)

- Generating a steady flow of meetings weekly
- High responsiveness and speed in handling new leads
- Strong conversion from outreach to scheduled meetings
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills and confident phone presence

- “Hunter” mindset – not giving up after the first “no.”
- Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Proactive and goal-oriented attitude
- Fluency in English
