Our Sales Team in Belgrade is looking to add strong sales personalities to their team.

Your Role in the Team's Success

Our Sales Teams are responsible for driving revenues & growing XLTRADE's market share across multiple geographies.
You will be at the forefront of client-facing activities & expected to develop relationships from initial contact, onboarding & ongoing support.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for ambitious and motivated Sales Personalities to:

• Convert leads into active clients through effective communication and closing skills
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention
• Work with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track performance
• Achieve performance targets on a weekly and monthly basis
• Collaborate with the sales team to expand the current client base
• Professionally represent the company in all client interactions

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in FX/CFD Sales or Financial Services Sales
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong closing and negotiation skills with a track record in lead conversion
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and retention strategies
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
