We are looking for a professional who will be driving sales performance within the assigned region while ensuring alignment with the company's commercial strategy for a client, a well-known international manufacturer operating in markets worldwide with a strong distribution network and a focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and building long-term partnerships across traditional and modern trade channels.
Responsibilities:
- Organize regional sales activities, optimize distributor orders, and keep an eye on stock levels
- Work together with sales representatives in all trade channels and key accounts
- Drive product listings and increase numeric distribution within the region
- Create promotional strategies that are consistent with brand objectives
- Evaluate customer performance and carry out focused development initiatives
- Ensure excellent communication and service quality by closely partnering with distributors
Requirements:
- Three years or more of experience working in an FMCG setting
- Strong proficiency in English (B1/B2)
- Understanding of the fundamentals of commercial law
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Excellent organizing abilities and the capacity to set priorities on one's own
- Excellent persuasion and negotiating abilities
- A proactive, open, and accountable manner of working
