We are looking for a professional who will be driving sales performance within the assigned region while ensuring alignment with the company's commercial strategy for a client, a well-known international manufacturer operating in markets worldwide with a strong distribution network and a focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and building long-term partnerships across traditional and modern trade channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize regional sales activities, optimize distributor orders, and keep an eye on stock levels
  • Work together with sales representatives in all trade channels and key accounts
  • Drive product listings and increase numeric distribution within the region
  • Create promotional strategies that are consistent with brand objectives
  • Evaluate customer performance and carry out focused development initiatives
  • Ensure excellent communication and service quality by closely partnering with distributors

Requirements:

  • Three years or more of experience working in an FMCG setting 
  • Strong proficiency in English (B1/B2) 
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of commercial law 
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Excellent organizing abilities and the capacity to set priorities on one's own 
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiating abilities 
  • A proactive, open, and accountable manner of working
