SALES MANAGER – International Technical Solutions

2. Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with advanced English communication skills to lead international B2B sales efforts for technical energy and software products. This is a results-driven role with clearly defined KPIs and full ownership of the sales cycle.
Key focus areas include:
- International outbound lead generation
- Full sales cycle management
- KPI-driven performance tracking
- High-level customer service and long-term relationship building
3. Key Responsibilities
3.1 Lead Generation & Outbound Sales
- Develop outbound campaigns using software tools
- Identify and research target markets
- Generate qualified monthly lead volume according to defined KPIs
- Conduct high-level English sales calls and video meetings
- Provide structured weekly reporting on pipeline performance
3.2 Full Sales Cycle Management
- Prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close deals
- Prepare technical-commercial offers in coordination with engineering team
- Manage multi-step sales processes and follow-ups
- Track pipeline stages, conversion rates, and revenue targets
3.3 Key Account & Customer Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with strategic clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate internally with finance, engineering, and operations teams
- Ensure high-level customer satisfaction and retention
4. Ideal Candidate Profile
- Fluent English (C1–C2 level) – confident in leading international meetings
- Proven B2B sales experience (technical products or tech services preferred)
- Background in energy, construction, industrial equipment, infrastructure or SaaS is an advantage
- Strong understanding of KPI-driven performance models
- Experience using CRM systems and similar software tools
- Analytical, structured, adaptable and self-motivated

- Quarterly revenue closing targets
