Qualix D.O.O. Beograd is dedicated to sales and distribution of Adrian Magnus premium cigar brand. With a growing presence in the European and U.S. markets, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to help us expand our global footprint and strengthen our partnerships across key international markets.

Key responsibility:

Sales and distribution

  • Managing and strengthening relationships with existing international distributors and key accounts to drive long-term business growth
  • Identifying, approaching, and establishing partnerships with new international distributors and strategic key accounts.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for expansion into new European markets apart from Spanish and DACH market where we have already set a footprint

Team Leadership

  • Leading and coordinating local and international sales teams, ensuring effective collaboration and goal alignment
  • Evaluating team and individual performance through KPI-driven assessments and implementing improvement strategies
  • Mentoring and developing sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting career growth

Brand Development & Positioning

  • Driving brand recognition within target markets by effectively communicating the brand’s unique value proposition and competitive advantages
  • Strengthening customer engagement and brand loyalty through storytelling, transparency, and a superior customer experience
  • Ensuring consistent brand positioning and performance across international markets

Forecasting, Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Overseeing global sales forecasting, budgeting, and revenue performance tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Delivering data-driven performance reports and strategic insights to executive leadership to support decision-making

Analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes across tobacco markets to identify risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

Experience

  • Sales experience with min 3-5 years in B2B sales of physical product (exposure to USA or DACH or Spanish market is a plus)
  • Proven track record in sales, distribution
  • Experience in people management (proven track of leadership exposure including leadership role or  teams’ coordination, project management, mentoring colleagues)
  • Management of remote teams is considered as a significant plus
  • Understanding of operational part such as procurement, inventory, logistic and invoicing

Language requirements

  • Fluency in English C level is a must (Fluency in Germany or Spanish is considered as a plus) 

Technical requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Sales Process Management Systems for pipeline management and customer relationship tracking
  • Proficiency in sales reporting and analytics tools to monitor performance, generate insights, and support strategic planning is a strong advantage

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills in an international business environment
  • Flexibility to travel internationally to support distributor management, market development, and key account relationships
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing
