Curry Souls, the fast-growing Sri Lankan fusion restaurant brand, is expanding its team! We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist who is energetic, creative, and driven to help us grow our brand across Serbia.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Coordinate with our external social media agency to ensure high-quality content and brand-aligned communications
• Manage all paid advertising campaigns
• Maintain and update all Curry Souls profiles across all platforms

Sales Development

• Drive sales growth.
• Create, monitor, and push promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate employee incentive programs to increase sales.
• Work with external partners/agencies for group bookings, catering, and event sales.

Brand Management

• Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained
• Work closely with outlet managers and teams to implement improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience
• Good communication in Serbian and English 
• Marketing-related qualifications (formal or professional)
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and a hands-on attitude
