To drive consistent revenue growth for H2H Movers by converting high-intent leads into confirmed bookings through expert consultation and persistent follow-up. EXPECTED OUTCOMES

SR must achieve the following results within the first year:

• Conversion Rate (Booking Ratio): Maintain a lead-to-booking conversion rate of at least 50% across all primary lead sources.
• Speed to Lead: Ensure 100% of new inquiries are contacted within 10 minutes during business hours (speed is the #1 factor in moving sales).
• Follow-up Efficiency: Generate at least 15% of total sales through a systematic follow-up process (minimum of 5 touchpoints per lead).
• Estimate Accuracy: Maintain a 90%+ accuracy rate between initial quotes and final invoices to minimize claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Data Integrity: 100% compliance with CRM protocols, ensuring all move details are perfectly documented for the logistics and operations teams.
